I have to be suspicious because Chuck Grassley is involved. That man is a liar and a non-American. He sold out to Trump. He sold out America to serve Trump.

The fact that the site this is on belongs to Chuck Grassley pretty much destroys any and all validity.

Grassley is a fossil that should have been out of that office years ago.

By listing the actions a subject has taken that can demonstrate it was never an accident.

He said less intrusive, meaning nothing else worked. They sent the subpeona, and lawyer meetings, and letters with minimal requirements and still he denied a subpeona and continued giving NARA the runaround. If trump had complied, we never have had a raid. Trump could have handled like Joe did.

The right is attacking Biden to distract the world from Trump's criminal behavior and their support of it.

The right is relying on res ipsa loquitur to accuse Biden of a crime in this case.

As taking documents is a crime of intent, and there is no evidence that Biden had any intent of retaining or taking any classified documents, the right's theory is flawed.

It's an obvious smear attempt.

This is a really unlikely motive. Trump is nothing but a big capitalist. He never cared about serving his country in any way, because, if he had cared, he had all the resources to go into any number of professional fields and get success. The only thing he wanted was money and things money could buy. We know this because he ended up using his resources to make money and he talked about it all the time.

Biden is a guy who always wanted to serve this democratic republic. He didn't make extraordinary efforts to get rich, though being in Congress and later the VP spot gave him opportunities he would surely have used, as a secondary side issue.

This difference is so obvious in the two men's biographies that the claim Biden could have sold classified into to China is beyond absurd,while the claim Trump could have sold such info to Russia is plausible.

Trump wanted to prevent the peaceful transfer of presidential power to Biden and even though he knew full well that he had lost the election and Biden hadn't stolen it, he persisted in lying that the Democrats had cheated. Biden certainly never did anything comparable - nor had any of the presidents in the US past no matter how awful they were.

So I for one can't possibly think about the two men similarly. One is a crude orange carnival barker, and the other, though imperfect, is an ordinary man with some degree of conscience and refinement.

Deleting her personal emails was authorized by the State Dept. She was SOS not some mob boss like your side like to claim. So no there were no charges for exercising her rights.

I have reviewed the information and from what I can tell there is speculation and not much more.

The firm that Biden allegedly delt with is a private firm, and while this is suspicious, there is no proven link between it and the Chinese government.

Again, the Trumps were in bed with China and Ivanka had trademarks for her garbage fashions fast-tracked. This says quite a bit without saying much at all.

Again, I appreciate the non-pay wall access to the article.

No , she did not destroy any evidence or emails that were targets of the investigation.

Tariffs that Americans paid out of their own pockets and brought nothing but record trade deficits under his rule. Trump said Kim and him were "in love". That is how jealous he was of murderer Kim's absolute power.

Don't care that your wife had a special position. You state that you are a conservative. I'd never believe any claim like this that a stated conservative made.

Trump is responsible for the SC saying that the 14th Amendment protection of personal rights to life, liberty, and property was never intended to apply to women, only to ex-slaves, as if half of the ex-slaves had not been women. The degree to which most conservative people cavalierly wrote off actual Constitutional rights of others is sufficient to make everything they say as suspect as if they were intentional enemies of the US and its Constitution.

If it weren't for Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger and their kind, no negotiation could be possible.
