Eh, the House can impeach - doubt they have the votes though. And there is zero chance of a trial in the Senate.

So, I wouldn’t go holding your breath.

Perhaps a committee can spend some of their time clamoring about this. They can add it to their other useless investigations.

You and I and others understand that. But my post stands, when one better understands it, of course the two instances are not equal, in the least, on the surface as it appears, but I see no reason for any less scrutiny in regards how all of our secret and classified documents might be handled or in these cases, mishandled.

I understand, as you obviously must, we have what appears to be a few documents mishandled, mistakenly, without intent to lie or hide them or with intentional obstruction of their return; compared to large scale intentional taking and obfuscation with lies and obstruction of those classified documents along with gross mishandling of said documents that were inappropriately in ones possession.

First, I wouldn't use your skewed view of politics as a litmus test for popularity.
Second, looking at how the Republicans are shooting themselves in the foot by proposing unpopular positions, like reducing benefits to Social Security and Medicare and trying to cut the increase in IRS agents who were to find wealthy tax cheats, that evade a trillion dollars in due taxes.

Sure. He could. And while he's doing that, he can release those declassified documents to the public so everyone can see what he was illegally keeping in that think tank office for so many years.

In any case, declassifying them now doesn't remove the fact that he broke the law while he was Vice President.

No, you're lying.

The Republican Study Committee proposed a budget for fiscal 2023 that would gradually increase the eligibility ages for Social Security and Medicare, and change the Social Security benefit formula for people 54 and younger, while not changing it for people closer to receiving benefits.

In other words, they want to raise the eligibility age for workers now in their fifties, who would then have to keep working longer. Yes, that's a cut. Why do you think the Republicans didn't campaign on this?

Those documents weren't generated in that PA office. Biden had to have moved them from the WH to the think tank.

Investigate away they aren't going to find anything like they did with Trump
IMPEACH him too it isn't going to go any where , He will still be our President for at least the next two years

Hahaha. Nobody is buying this.

Trump had over a year to cooperate. Had he done so, he would not be having any problems.

So if you are waiting from Biden to lie for 12 months and then keep lying and not cooperating, don't hold your breath. He already self reported and cooperated.

if they can prove they had Top secret documents, put them both in jail .
 
Whatever is in those documents could be very bad for the administration.

Biden said he was advised by his lawyers not to even ask what is in those documents. Of course the administration already knows. THEY PUT THEM THERE!

Biden also read his prepared answer from a card. Don't embellish, don't wing it. Say this carefully lawyerly parsed answer and NOTHING ELSE.

But even so, Biden let slip that his lawyers told him not to ask. The man has no filter.

The wagons are circling and the key words of the day are now "plausible deniability".

maybe they should release ALL the documents TRUMP said he declassified before releasing any from Biden
we still haven't found out just what type of info was in the TRUMP documents yet
