Chris Cuomo calls Fox News a 'disgrace' for not informing viewers that Tucker Carlson shouldn't be taken seriously

In September, 2020 Fox News won a court case by 'persuasively' arguing that no 'reasonable viewer' takes Tucker Carlson seriously. I guess that sets a precedent for Sidney Powell and others who promote falsehoods for their own agendas. Who defines 'reasonable viewer' anyway? I've never heard of this court case, so I'm happy Chris Cuomo brought it up. I can't believe this is a serious defense.

LMAO. This guy has ZERO room to say duck. He’s a POS running around maskless telling everyone to mask up. Acted like he was coming out of the basement. Screw Cuomo and the horse he rode in on.

Fox is a disgrace for putting that Q CT spewing retard on the air

Do you watch Carlson? If you don't then you're not in a position to speak about him.
I have. He sometimes says things that make sense but he’s largely full of shit. Though in that respect he’s no different in kind though to a much greater degree than many other commentators who convienently ignore facts that skewer their chosen narrative.

Cuomo and Carlson make me glad I cut cable ten years ago. Hannity is halfway fair minded. I gather neither of these two is.

Still, yellow journalism has a traditional place and this seems to be the telemedia version.

Ive seen him and only a complete brain dead moron would waste their time watching this CT garbage on a regular basis

Mr. Cuomo works for CNN.

So, of course, he understands the meaning of the noun "disgrace."

Cuomo should know all about how to be disgraceful.

- Yucking it up with his brother on the air while his brother's nursing home/COVID policies killed senior citizens
- Said of the George Floyd riots: "Please, show me where it says protesters are supposed to be polite and peaceful."
- Attacked Senator Marco Rubio's faith, calling him "Bible Boy".
- Said about CPAC: "They were around talking about Qanon...and magical thinking of ways to kill their opponents".

One time I was watching what I thought was a documentary... they got me. It took a minute but I finally said "no way; this is a mockumentary!" Spinal Tap.

That hasn't happened for Tucker fans yet.

You just never have anything constructive to add. You may not like Cuomo, but he's 100% correct. Fox has been living in an alternative fact world for many years now. We saw it culminate on 1/6. Some rioters said they had Foxitus. What an effin joke.

Fox News is and always will be dubious about the facts. Proven time and time again.

Which news is not being dubious?

Please share with the class.
Those who report the facts and then give an opinion on whether they agree or disagree. That is what it is all about.

I watch for people that defend white supremacy, Confederate monuments, Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Donald Trump.

They normally also ridicule things like teaching the truth about racism, they ridicule holidays that celebrate the end of slavery and they call people they don't like commies.

It's a ptetty big group.

Sorry I wasn't clearer. This post was my first time here and I was trying to figure out how the posting is done. My point in posting this piece was that Fox News was sued for defamation in a federal court in September 2020. The trial judge ruled in favor of Fox News by declaring that "no reasonable viewer would take Tucker Carlson seriously", thereby setting a precident that Sydney Powell is also using as her defence. So this says to me, no one has to be truthful anymore because that person can defend themselves by saying "why would any reasonable person believe what I just said?" If and when the Sydney Powell and My Pillow Guy vs Dominion Voting ever get to court, I wonder how this precident setting defense will play out.
