Hysterical that Trumphumpers think Donnie will be running again in 2024. For what party may I ask. Nobody wants Donnie back except for the Humpers. What the GOP wants is a somewhat less mentally disturbed version of Donnie.They don't want Donnie and they don't want anybody named Trump.

Who can the GOP nominate in 2024? The base has made it very clear that they want a reactionary extremist, not even a solid conservative such as Marco Rubio.

Why was the suit not heard? It seems like they did not say that the Constitutionally barred and therefore illegal actions taken in these states were legal, but that the Texas suit lacked standing.

For me, this raises the question: "Who or what does have standing in this topic?"

The justices appointed by liberals are once again reliably adhering to their political ideologies. It seems like they never stray away from that governing limitation on their rulings.

I'm a little surprised that the court has ducked its responsibility to rule on such an obvious question of Constitutional Authority.

My cynical disposition tells me that they are grasping at straws to avoid their responsibility. Ruling in favor of hearing the Texas Suit would likely lead to disallowing the voting processes used in those states.

To avoid blood in the streets, they avoided justice in the courts. Not the first time. Probably not the last.
