That's not what he said in the 911 call. And, casually looking at homes does not equate to peering in windows.Look at excons post and you will see you are wrong, of course you already knew that.
That's not what he said in the 911 call. And, casually looking at homes does not equate to peering in windows.
He wasn't looking into homes. Why do you persist with this?
Zimmerman was found not guilty and Martin caused his own death. What about that do you not understand?
By the way who used the Word "casually at" other than you? He was looking into the homes not at.
He wasn't looking into homes.
And, Martin would still be alive if Zimmerman had heeded the advice of the 911 operator, who told him to remain in the vehicle, not to mention he never would definitely never have left the vehicle had he not been armed with a gun that he clearly was not responsible enough to own.
He picked a fight, shot an unarmed man and got away with murder, IMO.
You have no proof that Martin was peering into windows except for Zimmerman's after the fact statement. He certainly did not say it to the 911 operator. But yet, you believe Zimmerman's uncorroborated assertion that Martin peered into windows, as you believe everything else Z said. You know I have been thinking about this every since I saw your postings here.
Is it a mental condition when somebody refuses to see reality for what it is but rather what they want it to be and in what other aspects of their lives do they do the same thing.
Do you see a red light as Green because you want it to be Green? That could put a lot of people in danger.
I am not trying to be rude here, but I think it really is a mental condition that should be checked out.
In this particular case, Martin attacked Zimmerman and Zimmerman shot Martin to save his own life.
You see it as Martin walking down the sidewalk on a sunny day whistling, it was dark and raining, and Martin saw Zimmerman in his truck. Their eyes locked which is when Zimmerman pulled out his gun. Martin ran into the darkness, it got dark when their eyes met, at which time Zimmerman hunted him down like a dog, maybe with infrared glasses to see in the dark. When Zimmerman found Martin he shot him in cold blood and then proceded to convince the neighbors to lie for him to cover up this crime. When the pólice arrived Zimmerman convinced them to invent evidence and cover for him as well. Zimmerman also convinced the coroner and other expert witnesses to testify on his behalf about the angle of the bullet to show Martin was on top of him at the time of the shooting.
Martin did nothing wrong as he was just a 12 year old kid that was allowed to go to the store alone and buy Candy and tea. Martin had no history of burglary or drugs.
Now don't you think you should see a profesional about the delusions you are having about this case?
I don't believe Zimmerman at all. And, I'm quite certain he's a thug. Odds are, like OJ, I suspect he's going to prove me right in the coming months.

Jewel was totally innocent. Zimmerman already has an acquittal for the dead body which is attached to him. One more homicide and he matches OJ.I tend to view Zimmerman more in line with Richard Jewell than O.J.

Teens without cars walk and sometimes they get caught in the rain.. I live in a diverse gated community.. They kids walk, talk on their cellphones, wear hoodies and sometimes get caught in the rain.
George and Shellie had a fight that night and she left the house to go to her father's house before George ever left for the Target.
He was angry..
Have you followed this case at all?
Teens without cars run home when it is raining to get out of the rain. Why wasn't Martin onthe sidewalk instead of near the house looking in?
What does a fight between Zimmerman and his wife have to do with what happened that night?
If is had been important the prosecution would have made a big deal out of it, but they didn't.
Why do you think it was important?
Are you familiar with the layout of the Retreat? There was NO sidewalk once he left the clubhouse area.
No none :roll:There is no reason to not believe Zimmermans statement.
Yeah. Martin was Black. Just like the guy a week or two earlier who Z actually did see peering into windows and then was caught with stolen goods a few days later. THat's why he honed in on Martin.Something called his attention to Martin as he was walking close to the houses and please don't say it was because he was black.
and? still doesn't explain why he was out wandering around in the rain instead of going how where it was dry.
Maybe he was high and wanted to feel the rain on his face. Is that now a reason to be shot by a cowboy who probably should never have been issued a CCW?
:dohThat's not what he said in the 911 call.
Are you confused as to what he said?, casually looking at homes does not equate to peering in windows.
The evidence says you are wrong. He wasn't looking into homes.
You clearly do not know the evince. And, Martin would still be alive if Zimmerman had heeded the advice of the 911 operator, who told him to remain in the vehicle,
Why do you persist in speaking about things you know nothing about?not to mention he never would definitely never have left the vehicle had he not been armed with a gun that he clearly was not responsible enough to own.
In your opinion? He picked a fight, shot an unarmed man and got away with murder, IMO.
There you go assuming again. :dohGeorge and Shellie had a fight that night and she left the house to go to her father's house before George ever left for the Target.
He was angry..

This comment is obfuscation on your part. It is typical. Are you familiar with the layout of the Retreat? There was NO sidewalk once he left the clubhouse area.
:doh
He doesn't have to be specific in the call, does he?
He said acting suspiciously. That is sufficient.
Are you confused as to what he said?
He said "looking into homes".
The evidence says you are wrong.
You clearly do not know the evince.
You even got this wrong.
No one told him not to get out of his vehicle. So stop with the nonsense.
And as already pointed out, he was told to let the call-taker know what else he did. You can not accomplish that by not following.
Why do you persist in speaking about things you know nothing about?
In your opinion?
Your opinion flies in the face of the evidence.
Trayvon approached Zimmerman in a hasty manner and was in the process of striking him. When he arrived and Zimmerman as Zimmerman was in the process of looking up, Trayvon struck him.
Learn the damn evidence instead of making it up in your head.
There you go assuming again. :doh
There was no indication that he was angry at that time or when she left hours earlier.
This comment is obfuscation on your part. It is typical.
He was spotted looking into homes and not walking on the sidewalk prior to the club house.
As that occurred previously, the fact that Trayvon didn't take the sidewalk after the club house (which he could have) has absolutely nothing to do with what occurred prior to the club house.
George said... "looking about".... NOT looking into houses.
Maybe he was high and wanted to feel the rain on his face. Is that now a reason to be shot by a cowboy who probably should never have been issued a CCW?

So it was OK for Martin to walk around whereever he wanted to but Zimmerman should not have walked down the path where Martin jumped him.
Like you said before Zimmerman should never have gotten out of his truck, so martin had rights that Zimmerman did not.
I hope you see how rediculous that position is.
Hard to live where one chooses if they can't get a mortgage.
Even the members of the Jury stated that Zimmerman was looking for trouble and found it that night. They didn't convict him of murder simply because there was reasonable doubt to the prosecutor's claim that Zimmerman was not defending himself--Given the way the law was written, a conviction in this instance would have been a travesty.
In short: It was a quirk in Florida law that saved Z. In most states you have to prove you were defending yourself.
