I never said sexual orientation was. But, it could enter into a motive. That will be determined by a jury. Until then, we all can offer our opinions, and present the facts as have been made available. Up and including text messages, DNA and interviews done with relatives and friends.

I wasn’t specifically saying you but I’m sure you’ve seen it as well. Interviews with families and friends I’m skeptical about for the same reason. In too many circles people equate gay and trans exclusively with the left. I’m not accusing you of that but it’s a reality. I’m content to wait for evidence at this point. The chance I think he’s not guilty is zero so DNA is meh to me.

A DNA match is meh to me because I already think he’s guilty. I think they got the right guy. It doesn’t add anything for me. I’m not saying it’s not useful in court but it adds very little to my understanding of the case.

Well, in a court of law a DNA match could be the most important evidence in convicting a criminal. We shall see. There is not doubt that bullet did not stop Charlie’s movement. Instead it united many. Today will offer further proof of that.

From what we know he wasn’t particularly political but was in a relationship with a trans person. And Kirk, as a Christian nationalist was not a fan of transgender people and said shitty things about them. (I haven’t seen them. But I’ve seen his schtick, a LOT, and it will be the same as every other MAGA influencer due to the repetition boost to credibility without any other support that MAGA persuaders rely on.
