Are you saying there would be an MD that would give it to you without your consent?
He would not keep is license for long if he was giving competent patients care against their will.
He was doing what every other MD is doing. No patient authority required. They have rights as a patient.
But if you need to fluff yourself up acting like you have some kind of authority that is unique? Go for it. But having rights as a patient is not unique, it is expected.
