I am concerned that we do not know who is funding the transition so far.
I am concerned that the transition agreement has not been signed yet. Wonder if it is the ethics section that his the stumbling block.
I am concerned that without the agreement the proposed Cabinet members cannot be briefed.
I am concerned that a private company is used for the background checks for the proposed Cabinet members.

Thought Trump said he would work for a smooth transition.

I think 'the idea of recess appointments' is coming from his detractors. While it's possible, Trump hasn't given any indication he plans to go that route. And from a practical standpoint, the senate would have to go into recess.

Now let’s see if opinions go up or down once he starts governing.
