The deficit is reduced by taking away Medicaid.

Can you say 2010 in reverse, GOP ?

The R's now own healthcare. This will be VERY interesting to watch.

The GOP deserves it after just saying no to Obama for eight years.

Watch Ryan pivot to backload trumpcare until after the 2020 elections to save GOP seats and REMAPS .

Makes you wish the Democrats wouldn't have passed that ACA turd, huh? You have them to thank for anything ****ed up, that happens from here on out.

Federal and State GOP lawmakers wish to disagree with you.

Too bad GOP lawmakers on the state and federal level ****ed over their own supporters the last 8 years .

The R's cant run and hide from this one. Try as they might. The R's could have fixed the ACA, they simply sold out and hurt the middle class to get votes on election day.

Don't worry the Republicans will feel it in 2018. The GOP owns EVERY decision in regards with Healthcare. Hope the GOP likes losing seats.

The swing voters that voted for Trump, and got him elected, are not the same philosophical voters that voted for Ryan. As such, It will be interesting to watch if the Trump folks start to refer to the AHCA as "TrumpCare" or "RyanCare".

the fellow who has made a living naming his creations after himself does not want this to be known as tRumpcare

How would getting rid of the Medicaid expansion hurt people already in the middle class?

If Trump supporters call it RyanCare they are basically saying that Trump's strongman routine is an act. The Speaker of the House was able to pass a bill that didn't do what Trump said he wanted and he just sits there and lets it go? I'm still waiting to see if Trump actually says something about this bill.

Trump has a simple lie to tell: The CBO is wrong so nothing more needs to be said about it.

Yes. It was such a deeply unpopular, Marxist, tyrannical law. And now our brave, freedom loving conservatives have the opportunity to repeal this hated law. Government has no business being in healthcare. It's unconstitutional. By trying to replace it, they have bought into the Democratic meme that government must have anything to do with healthcare. Don't get sucked in to that nonsense. They should just repeal it. Repeal it now! And don't bother with replace! That's Marxist nonsense! That's what the American people want: government out of their lives. So give them what they want!:lamo

People are going to vote the Democrats back in so they can get Obamacare back? :lamo

If they fully repeal it they will own it. Right now its some mutant bs.

What do you mean "If"? Wasn't REPEAL and REPLACE a staunch Republican campaign promise? If the R's can't repeal and replace (with something better) with both Houses and the WH, then they cant govern. Simple as that.

The establishment Republicans should worry, but about losing to a Republican challenger, not a Democrat.

Obamacare is collapsing. There's no disputing that fact.

Actually there is. Today's CBO score, for instance:

In CBO and JCT’s assessment, however, the nongroup market would probably be stable in most areas under either current law or the legislation.
