I was able to run one through, try again today. May have been a temporary thing between this site and PayPal, not unheard of.

I did some research on your issue. The problem appears to be on your bank's end. PayPal allows donations from your country, it looks like it is your bank card that is blocking the transaction from going through.

Let me use this thread here about that donating money thing. I no longer using any credit cards. I believe I may still have a PayPal account (not sure, though) BUT last time I tried anything with PayPal I could not get money from Japan to the U.S. and one of my staff was handling payments for a sever we were renting and I was sending money to her through Western Union, but then that hit some sort of a snag a few years ago; but haven't had to do it since, anyway.
Point is, how could I get money to any of the admin team, if I am not using a standard model that most other (or all others) use? I really wouldn't mind donating a bit of money to y'all. But how?
By the way, I think I ask about this last year via en exchange of email messages. Maybe.
