Thank goodness women don't really believe in equality and get into mma and simply intimidate guys into relationships and proclaim the guy has to win two out of three rounds with her before she will give him a divorce.

I didn't ask you to justify it, I asked if you possibly could. I was curious as to whether you could and how you would go about it. Justifying it by saying it's locker room talk and if you don't like it you're a hypocrite... well, that's hardly a justification.

Youre confusing two different things. One, can you justify is the same thing as justify on a debate forum. I assume you didnt want a yes or no answer. If you were just being rhertorical and didnt want to DEBATE, then dont post.

Two, the hypocrisy is not with liking or not liking the way men talk, but in the faux outrage.

The left has been 'poo pooing' the character of democrats for years and now you have a problem with Trump?

I've had a problem with Trump pre election

My post attempts to make the case it is not normal for parents or grandparents to expose their younger family members by voting for and then attempting to justify the first presidential candidate in history whose campaign rhetoric resembles "fart sounds" much more than informing, political rhetoric.

Skimming through the posts of Trump apologists in this thread certainly does not diminish the following opinions appearing in Psychology Today, or in the Salon article by Yale affiliated forensic psychiatrist, Dr. B. X. Lee, M.D.

Science can help us make sense of the president's political invincibility.
Posted Dec 27, 2018

....As he himself said even before he won the presidential election, “I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose voters.” Unfortunately for the American people, this wild-sounding claim appears to be truer than not. It should also motivate us to explore the science underlying such peculiar human behavior, so we can learn from it, and potentially inoculate against it.

In all fairness, we should recognize that lying is sadly not uncommon for politicians on both sides of the political aisle, but the frequency and magnitude of the current president’s lies should have us all wondering why they haven’t destroyed his political career, and instead perhaps strengthened it. Similarly, we should be asking why his inflammatory rhetoric and numerous scandals haven’t sunk him. We are talking about a man who was caught on tape saying, “When you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the *****.” Politically surviving that video is not normal, or anything close to it, and such a revelation would likely have been the end of Barack Obama or George Bush had it surfaced weeks before the election....

Trump's multiple mental and emotional acute medical disorders are contagious to developmentally damage voters attracted to his illnesses.
During childhood development, an irresistible attraction to authoritarians takes hold, instead of the ordered development of a remarkably slim majority, in this country. However, we are experiencing a worldwide wave of increasing attraction to authoritarian heads of state.

It also doesn't exclude outright hypocrisy from women. Why do women ask for true love for free when they are braver when Gold is involved?

Better a vulgar man who’s honest about his vulgarity than a vulgar man who pretends to be righteous.

Depends on their tolerance for false righteousness.

Can you change the word from man to woman for the sake of equality?

Better a vulgar woman who’s honest about her vulgarity than a vulgar woman who pretends to be righteous.

Where are the women who love to make appointments for full body massage?

I have no idea what you're talking about.

To all those who will be voting for Trump this year:
Remember that Hollywood access tape?
Can you honestly justify what the President said?
What do you mean by "justify"? He said what he said and there is nothing anyone can do to change it.

Can you justify why you asked this question?

Now, clearly, the statement was indeed distasteful, but why anyone would obsess over it so much is beyond me. Do people really care?

If you dislike Trump, just say you dislike him. There are much better reasons to dislike him than this one irrelevant and insignificant comment.

Vulgarity is undesirable and unmanly, but we live in a very vulgar time and Trump is not exactly known for his class and taste, so I do not really care.

I have been around women who have said similar things about men and it does not make me hysterical or offended and I doubt anyone who claims to be offended by this is actually offended by it. They just pretend to be because they let their partisan fanboyism rule over their brain and blind their judgement.

As a woman, I don't see this as an irrelevant or insignificant comment. It is a clear signpost that Trump sees women as sex objects.

And you are shocked by that? Does it surprise you at all? Wasn't it obvious long before the leak?

I'm really offended by it. I'm more than a walking *****, and I expect to be treated as such.

And you are shocked by that? Does it surprise you at all? Wasn't it obvious long before the leak?

So are you saying it shouldn't bother me because I already knew he was a pig? How does that make sense?

If you recognise that you are more than a "walking *****", then why are you using language like "As a woman...."?

I really do not see why people still find this silly topic relevant or why anyone would be offended by it. A proper reaction would be "who the heck cares what he said?"

Focus on the actual things that are bad about him as a President rather than a statement he made several years ago, long before he was even a candidate and in a setting he thought was private.

So are you saying it shouldn't bother me because I already knew he was a pig? How does that make sense?
Yes. Because if you knew he was a pig, you would expect him to say something like that and thus not give a flying horse about it.

Why does it offend you?

I said "as a woman" because I suspect my perspective is different from yours on this matter. "Who the heck cares what he said?" He was running for President and, being old fashioned, the candidate's character matters to me. It's not the only thing that matters, but it counts. We are straying from the point, though. It is perfectly reasonable for a woman to be offended by his attitude.

Yes. Because if you knew he was a pig, you would expect him to say something like that and thus not give a flying horse about it.

Why does it offend you?

I already told you, and the fact that you can't understaand that simple fact puzzles me.

Guys are more than "walking dicks" and believe in equality. Thank goodness women don't really believe in equality and grab guys by their dicks, get us into a raging woody, and Then proclaim, It Feels Like Informed Consent To Me!

I already told you, and the fact that you can't understaand that simple fact puzzles me.
Well, the reason you gave me was contradicted in your next post. Your initial explanation was that "as a woman, I find it offensive", but in the next post you said that you are "more than a walking *****". These two arguments contradict each other because one is a derivate of collectivist tribalism whereas the other is one of individualism.

If you know that you are "more than a walking *****", you cannot say that the reason you find Trump's comments distasteful because it offends your gender. If you say that it offends your group identity and claim that you speak for all women, you cannot claim to be "more than a walking *****".
