Can Donald Trump actually end the Ukraine war? Jeffrey Sachs thinks he can

I wish Sachs wouldn't destroy his credibility by appearing on some of these goofy podcasts. I guess his attitude is that he's trying to spread his gospel by appearing before all types of audiences - Bernie Sanders once appeared on the Rogan Experience, after all. But it damages his credibility, which is too bad because he's not necessarily wrong about the fundamental factors that have contributed to the conflict. I don't necessarily agree with him on all the specifics, but like Mearsheimer, he goes beyond "Ukraine's a sovereign nation" crap and views this in the context of US influence vis-a-vis Putin's desire to protect Russia's influence in its back yard.

Really? Show me this 'god' and I'll believe. If you cannot you're living in a fantasy. Your 'god' gave you the NKVD, the Gulags, persecution and murder of Putin's political opponents and allowed the Katyn massacre (which, naturally, you will deny happened at Russia's hands, and which Russia blamed on Nazi Germany).

NOthing was ever "surrounded". Please provide a link to the creditable map which shows a "siege" of Kiev, with Russian forces deployed all around the capital of Ukrainian Empire. .

Why “approach” Kyiv in the first place if the intention was to quickly surrender the territory back to Ukraine after taking heavy casualties?

Why am I not surprised? I added apartheid, slavery, Jim Crow to the list of atrocities of those Russian demons, shouldn't I have? The list is long. Good King Leopold and his slave plantation in the Congo
