'Call the Cops. We Don't Have a Cleaning Person'

She was dubbed the "cleaning fairy". I know of relationships where one partner actually thinks the other partner is just that...:lol:
 
I'm trying to think of something funny, but the story really is a bit sad. The woman was so desperate for money that she cleaned a random house, took absolutely nothing, hoped she would be paid for her services, and is now arrested and charged with burglary. :(
 
No one answered the phone at the public defender's office after hours on Thursday.

Why do news articles always insist on adding this sort of thing in?

I hear ya. If there is a time where one can feel bad for the "criminal", this is it. Unfortunately, while she was 'honest' and not a thief, going into people's houses uninvited really isn't cool, either.

I notice these things, also. I think it's just a CYA thing so people can't accuse them of not even trying to get the full story.

Although the "after hours" part is funny. Did they really expect anything different?
