I found only 1 bad thing and that's because I'm typical introvert / anti-social Finn and that's way too many people around.

There is no way in hell I would enjoy crowds and being in traffic (for me it was too much as where I live we have less cars, more public transportation - road is really narrow, with only 1-2 lanes. Everything is tiny here compared to things in that video. I would like to visit, maybe for a week, but living in somewhere that big is just overwhelming for me.

Even with all of California's problems--and there are many--it is one of the best places to live in the world. The Bay Area especially. I miss so many things about it, but I get a reminder every time I visit my brother there. Great place.

If I could trade my home here in SE Michigan even up for a similar house in Northern California near the ocean - I would be there in a matter of weeks.

Unfortunately I would have to triple or more the price.

I have been to California several times. I really did not care for the LA area but fell in love with the North country up from San Francisco. I eagerly look forward to returning some day and make the drive to Oregon with lots of stops and time spent along the way.
