A top rated radio program on KFI - 640AM in Southern California played an audio recording of Keven de Leon, Speaker pro tem, of the California Senate, explaining the reasoning behind a bill he authored, SB 54, the California Values Act, that is expected to pass the legislature and be signed by Gov. Brown.

Hack in a Dumpster: Kevin De León | John and Ken | KFI AM 640

The link above goes to a radio station website where an audio clip from the John and Ken Show can be found and played. The radio hosts are doing a segment where they "throw" a person they believe to be a political hack, in an imaginary "dumpster".

John and Ken are no fans of President Trump, they have given him the same treatment, so don't go there.

The relevant portion of the audio begins at 4:48.

To quote what the Speaker Pro Tem says in the audio clip:

"I can tell you half of my family would be eligible for deportation under the Executive Order because if they got a false Social Security Card, if they got a false identification, if they got a false Drivers License prior to us passing AB60, if they got a false green card, and anyone who has family members, you know, who are undocumented know that almost entirely everybody has secured some sort of false identification. That's what you need to survive".

How is this defensible, and how can the leader of the Senate in the 5th largest economy in the World possibly justify what he just admitted to?

Thoughts?

He was simply telling the truth. Why does he need to justify it? Facts of life for the illegal alien and Californie has lots of 'em, eh? His name is Mexican or Spanish so he and his family were originally illegals by the sound of what he stated. Now he's respectable politician in touch with the real facts on illegals. It sounds like the Fake ID business is a boom market in California.

So let's see how this crushes the liberal memes that try to defend the economic harm illegal aliens cause in the United States.

Employers. Liberal/socialist progressives claim the problem is businesses knowingly hire these people because they don't want to pay "decent" wages.

Well, they present false identification, and stolen SS numbers that screw over the people the numbers actually belong to. Is an employer supposed to be ICE?

It's pathetic you would turn a blind eye to this, while legal citizens suffer from the pandering it's hard not to conclude you embrace.

My thoughts are that that is obvious. But I don't know, why we shouldn't pass laws that fine and legalize them.

Why wouldn't we track down de Leon's family and put them on trial for identity theft, breaking Federal Laws, and illegally obtaining jobs while stealing from legal citizens?

Why should anyone listen to the memes that it's business owners who are to blame for encouraging illegals to come here, when the truth is, the illegals are presenting themselves as legal, furthering their crimes?

How many of these people vote?

My thoughts are that we already have laws that fine and deport them. No new laws needed.

Hmm. All the while some in congress are making the profoundly stupid, and demonstrably false claim, that 'illegals haven't broken any laws'.
And many on the left have adopted and integrated this as part of their own opinions / positions.

Agreed. All that needs to happen is to enforce the existing laws, starting with illegal entry into the country.

Think about this admission.

almost entirely everybody has secured some sort of false identification.

This comes from the most powerful man in California's Legislature. It's not from some nobody, some unknown political wannabe. It comes from one of most powerful leaders in California.

Almost entirely everybody? Think about that.....

What does the mint do when there are too many counterfeit bills in circulation? Change the design and re-issue them all.

May have to do that in CA, seeing as they've inflicted such a bad counterfeit identification problem on themselves. Idiots.
