CA ban smoking in your own home.

It is not the smokers fault that you had kids and have a child support check to pay. These issues are all your own!

It is so strange to me how you can work around all these nasty things that you should not even be around if smoke bothers you so much.

I have little experience with commercial remodeling, but typically we would open up the whole place and set up fans to ventilate against other hazards. Smoke would simply take it's place on the list.

If someone wants to work in a place where second hand smoke is a known hazzard, then so be it. But that's not like my job.

Umm.. Smokers are incompetent people? I guess some could say the same for men with failed marriages who "give" their kids up for selfish reasons. Just saying. ;)

I've yet to see such a man pose as an occupational hazard. Do you have an example?
 
I call bull****! I live in a tobacco state and have NEVER in my life heard of anybody being told by any kind of home contractors refusing work or even brining up the smoking thing to home owners or anybody else in reguards to a job. :roll:

You started the attacks in this thread with every hateful post about smokers.
 
O.K. But not sure Jerry could take a hug from me. I am sure the smell of smoke on my clothes may send him into some type of fit. :)
