Why do you hate Beyonce?
 
I'm sure she didn't mean to disrespect anyone, but she still should have asked the families if it was okay with them first. The article says that one widow was a little upset by it.
 
Her song doesn't contain an audio clip of the challenger explosion either.

She can, one make a sincere apology. Two remove the albums. I know she is young and quite possibly the challenger disaster dont mean much to her. But here locally, watching it happen. It means alot to alot of people.

I don't think she did it for the money. She doesn't need to milk decades old tragedies to make money. Where do you get that motive?

I don't either. I think she probably thought it was thoughtful, but she probably should have given it a little thought about how the victims' families might feel and maybe consulted with them first. And I don't think that's being PC. It's just being courteous.
 
I havent looked into this story but wasnt it just the audio from the news report PR guy for NASA and nothing to do with actual audio from any of the victims that died?

what is actually used in the song is audio from a NASA PR/NEWS former public affairs officer during/after the incident, ot was his audio saying this "flight controllers here looking very carefully at the situation. Obviously a major malfunction.”

then the song starts



for me this is a complete nonissue but people are free to be offended over anything they like no matter how illogical.
