Burrito factory worker dies after getting stuck in empty kettle

I blame Trump. If DOGE hadn't cut so many government regulatory jobs, there would have been better safety regulations in place at the burrito factory, and that worker would be alive today. (sarcasm)

There is useful discussion about this at the Fourth International's site, particularly regarding lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures. They don't have the data for this case, but the procedures might not have been implemented, or in other situations "cheater" keys have been given out by company management to make things "easier" with fatal results. Obviously, proper procedure enforced by infamous socialistic organizations like OSHA involves making it so the machine can't be restarted while you are in it, because that would be horrible.
