Burger King manager filmed screaming at customer for taking too long to order
Burger King manager filmed screaming at customer for taking too long to order | Fox News
A hungry Burger King customer in Ohio got an earful of expletives last Wednesday after the restaurant’s manager cussed her out for taking too long to order.
Lizzie Ramsey, of Newark, Ohio, said that she and her husband Cody — along with his co-worker and his 11- and 12-year-old brothers — had pulled up to the drive-thru of a nearby Burger King at around 8 a.m. to place their breakfast order. But every time Ramsey had finished ordering for one of the people in the car, the manager interrupted with the total price, and later told her to “hurry up,” despite Ramsey’s car being the only one in the drive-thru lane, WSYX reported.

Wow; ANOTHER whack ass Burger King employee.
About a year ago I went to a local BK & an employee started some **** with me in the parking lot.
I went inside to report the BK employee's bull**** behavior to the store manager & the store manager stated to me, "we have plenty of other customers, I'm not worried."
Now mind you, at the time I would go to a BK about 3, maybe 4 times a year but I was a life time BK customer. The very first BK in my home town when I was a young punk kid was less than a mile from my house.
I called BK corporate to complain; after voicing my complaint a person there stated I would receive a 'follow-up' call. Never did.
I called back about ten days later, re-stated my concern & again was told I would receive a follow-up. Never did receive that.
Needless to say I have never offered my business to a BK since. When any business lets you know they could care less if you offer them your business that is when it is time to tell the crazy folks **** YOU ................
My boss at Dairy Queen threw a drink at a customer through the drive-thru window. The customer was being an ass, but still.....
Hope it went viral and she lost her job. What a ****ing asshole.
If anyone here owned a business and needed somebody to serve your customers, would you consider hiring this woman?
Saying what everyone else is saying. But the real question is why are they eating at Burger King anyways?
$15.00 an hour.
:lamo
Hope it went viral and she lost her job. What a ****ing asshole.
Who the manager or the woman who was antagonizing the manager?
I have performed 'customer service' type functions before, years ago when I lived in DFW; worked at Neiman Marcus (flagship downtown location)& some other high-end places.
no matter what, the customer is always right
No, the customer is not always right, but he is always the customer.
Like anything else, you have to pick your battles....usually proving one person is right is not usually a worthy battle.
well, in any customer interaction it is best if the one providing the customer service (myself at many times) is providing the benefit of the doubt toward the customer
it can help to deescalate a situation & if your (my) supervisor/boss becomes involved it can allow the employee (me) to look like a champ  even if the customer is a bitch  .............
at the end of the day the customer may not always be right but we always attempted to make them feel so .......... :2razz:
nooooooooooooo way in Hell ............ ............
customers are supposed to enjoy their experience
Hope it went viral and she lost her job. What a ****ing asshole.
Y'all wimpy things wouldn't last at the Varsity counter in downtown Atlanta. If you don't know what you want when you step up to the counter they'll scream next and go to the next person in line. I imagine it is still that way. It was most of my life, growing up in Atlanta.
