Two choppers could indicate a formation flight which increases the possibility of a collision of blades in flight that brought them down. But just speculation. The shooting down of two at once would be a little puzzling. Or one hit by ground fire and that caused a collision. If there are two they will follow protocol and be in formation flight.

One could be a the horde air defence mistake, or even two if they are at the same time. But four at different times and different locations... Is there a new type of air defence from some of Ukraine's allies we have not heard of yet with a long range?
