Boston has two teams (Celtics and Bruins) in first place right now, one (Patriots) only a game out despite losing the best player on the team, one (Red Sox) went to the ALCS and stretched it to seven, and another (Revolution) who won the North American Superliga.

Can any city top that?
 
I watched the Revs score ON THEMSELVES leading to a 0-3 loss to the Kansas City...WIZARDS

Chicago has the most devoted fans of any major sports market, IMO. They have to be, with all the disappointments they go through every year. For NFL teams, nothing can surpass the devotion of Packer fans.

Obviously you've never heard of the Chicago Cubs. Sell out every game regardless of their record and despite the fact that they've choked every year for the past one hundred years? Yea, that's what I thought. Bears lose the Superbowl...seats fill up next year? Yea, that's what I thought. Chicago Bulls have a losing season? We still show up. Hockey is hockey. Nobody follows a losing hockey team unless they are die-hard hockey fans. That's just the way it is. Chicago is the best sports town. We do it harder than anyone else.

Like I said, i had that waddy dough chef boy r Dee sauce packaged cheese ball crap, the best pizza in chicago is that ny style i had!!

No-no, the Reverend is just confused, you see if he had actually eaten some real Chicago-style deep dish pizza he would be gushing over its exquisite splendor. It seems what really happened is this loutish tourist must have gotten lost in the urban jungle (no wonder he failed land-nav) and after a few days of wandering the streets of the southside he became so hungry that his only option was to sift through the first dumpster he happened upon, where he was forced to consume the remnants of a baby's diaper.

Incidentally, the baby was suffering from a severe case of parasites and diarrhea, hence the undigested lettuce and cheesey discharge. Having clearly mistaken this diarrheal cornucopia for real food the Reverend forsook the cruel city of Chicago while he brazenly shook his soiled hand at the sky and vowed to do her a diservice by spreading falsities and lies far and wide. Little did the Reverend know that the Dan-Ryan expressway was two blocks west of his position but you must remember how hungry he was at the time. Oh, poor, poor Reverend! Chicago loves thee still! Come back to us and partake of our deep-dish pizza. Bask in its resplendence until your fecal feast fades from thy sullied memory!

:lol: Not only did I ace Land-Nav, I excelled in SERE, noting my succesful survival and egress from that chicago and its near inedible marinara pie.


Unfortunatley I will be back in obamaland in January. Perhaps you can point me to some edible pizza, not that stuff you call pizza which is more akin to being waterboarded.


Show me oh show me please where this deep dish marinara pie is edible. I would be happy to attempt it for survival's sake!

Tell me the secret location of the good "deep dish".....


I have found "john's roast pork" in philly for cheesesteaks, gino's and pat's is disgusting, so I am open to marinara pie being edible. the places I went though were not them....


And it still aint real pizza. :lol:
