The military reported the deaths of six more American troops, making December the deadliest month this year for U.S. forces in Iraq. At least 2,998 members of the U.S. military have been killed since the Iraq war began in March 2003, according to an Associated Press count.
the really sad thing is these headlines have zero shock value. Anger value if you oppose the war, yes. Contempt value if you support it, true. But absolutely no shock value.
I'm happy I'm getting to live in a country currently at war. It'll give me something to talk to my kids about when I'm old and decreprid.

I support the troops. Period! When the troops themselves say “they wish to complete their mission and clean up this mess the US made” I support them 110% its that easy.
The failure of Iraq will be due to the fact they decided to kill each other rather then rebuild their country so if they wish to slaughter each and every man, woman and child in the name of Allah, they can have at it

Ok let me get this straight.... you support the troops and their mission.... while at the same time saying you dont care about the Iraqi people.
The only reason this mission even exists is because the people who support it the most(our soldiers) believe the Iraqi people deserve freedom.
Obviously the people who "support" our troops care about the same things they do. Correct? Our troops care about the Iraqi people. So how can you say that you don't care about Iraqis? Our troops do. Why can't you? Get on the program soldier.
