Black leaders reject comparison of ‘unapologetic racist’ Charlie Kirk to MLK

Then why did I just start hearing about it right after Charlie Kirk's assassination. Speaking strictly about this forum it only exists as a whataboutism.

Maybe because the left doesn't try to exploit assassinations by crazy people off the street into some big trend about all "rightists" (although they probably should).

Every second that non-MAGAs spend talking about Charlie Kirk is a win for MAGA.

Huge win.

You'll have to make the case that he was.
Just take a gander at his on-campus interactions. He allows dialectical neophytes to speak then recites, in turn, spurious sophisms. In short, he was the ideal conservative. No wonder he was worshiped so strongly.
Question people like you to the point of frustration looks like I'm getting there.
i.e. Trolling.
Nice!

There are monuments to George Floyd so don't give me this crap.

Nowhere even close to the same thing.

I disagree.

Kirk was not an elected politician or "leader" of any kind.

He was a podcaster.

He said that gays are subhumans (among other despicable things) and his message hit the wrong ears. I see a cause and effect at play here.

I'm not sure if I would even call this a "political assassination". There was no politician involved at all.
This assessment depends on your political views. Those who do not share his views have a different opinion about his importance and impact than those who do. While I don't agree with his views, it's dishonest to say he didn't make an impact in the broader MAGA movement, particularly among young voters and members of the administration. He was a great recruiter of the youth vote.

In that case Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga are both very important political figures. Taylor Swift is the biggest of all I guess.

I've watched his interactions with people on campus for years he wasn't praying on anybody. You are lying.
He allows dialectical neophytes to speak then recites, in turn, spurious sophisms.
Here on people who disagreed with him completely to speak he wanted to hear them.

You didn't watch.
In short, he was the ideal conservative. No wonder he was worshiped so strongly.
That's the problem isn't it he's conservative it has nothing to do with anything you said above.
i.e. Trolling.
Nice!
Says the guy who refuses to explain his position and then when he finally says it's the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

Yeah people like you.

So he's like a conspiratorial mastermind. Or are all leftists just profoundly stupid?
Lame response. MAGA would not be supportive of MLK not people like me.

No, he was a troll. He set up a system to troll and make money, nothing more, nothing less.

Do you agree with dei BLM and affirmative action?
No, he was a troll.
How was he a troll? I think you're just ridiculing the guy to justify violence.
He set up a system to troll and make money, nothing more, nothing less.
So talking to people is trolling so you're trolling me right now and all news media and all politicians are all trolls every book is a troll?

How was he trolling?

He was a propagandist, he visited campuses attempting to persuade (sophism) impressionable hearts and minds for politically conservative ends. You're either incredibly gullible or delight in his machinations....or perhaps both.

Seems you're in desperate need of reviewing some of your erstwhile responses. 💡

That's been discussed.

I understand the left thought Kirk was a nobody.

He wasn't.

I didn't say he was a nobody. I said he was a social media personality - because that's what he was.

"Significance" is not a popularity contest.
