The Central Park 5 were not innocent victims. They were part of a criminal gang that went into to Central Park to commit robbery and assault. They did that to 12 other victims, one man they beat so bad he was declared dead by paramedics but was later revived at the hospital. No one including the Central Park 5 themselves has ever denied they were involved in this, and the jail time they did was appropriate for those crimes. It just so happened that another Lady was beaten and rapped at the same time and it was assumed it was also by them. Years later the real rapist came forward.
A lot of people have been victimized that Trump did not take ads out on, but none were reported in a way that had the entire NYC populations blood boiling.

Trump said it in 2016. The results have been the best job numbers in the history of US for blacks, women, hispanics and the country overall. More money directed to historically black colleges and universities, the most judicial reform in decades. All these things were done by Trump's administration, not a democrat.

There is no policy or legislation that Trump has supported that specifically advanced racial inequality in the US. Trump’s supporters will disingenuously claim that the lower unemployment rate has benefited black Americans especially or uniquely, but that is nothing more than a baseless talking point, the black unemployment rate is where it has always been, twice as high as it is for white Americans. This talking point isn’t intended to change the minds of blacks, who by and large loathe Trump, but as a lifeline for suburban whites who benefit from white privilege but do not consider themselves racist or even advantaged by the color of their skin.
