You don't have to have a college degree to be intelligent. So just stop. People that rely upon their college degree to hit people over the head with it. Generally speaking, they're just not that smart. That's all they've got.

Yeah, you're glossing over what he said in favor of the current fiction based on your degree from...where again? The point is pretty obvious: these aren't normal weather events, they're getting more and more extreme, causing more death and destruction. They're talking about expanding hurricane classification to go past "5".
He's not and he's wrong in this case.
