It's gotta be coming soon. Here's my potential list. Pick one or add as needed.

There are only 2 things required to be democratic VP pick, and neither of them have anything to do with job qualification, experience, or intelligence...

1. The pick must be black
2. The pick must be a woman.

.

He's not going to pick a sitting senator.

i'd choose someone very popular who is virtually guaranteed to flip a red state by being on the ticket without costing any blue states.

or maybe Oprah or Jon Stewart. had the Democrats nominated one of them....

honorable mention : Kiefer Sutherland.

He could pick Kamala Harris and be just fine...no way that California would flip a senate seat to the Republicans

Is this even legal BTW? To say it outright?

If you were on the short list, and got rejected because you were Hispanic, Asian, white, etc., seems like hypothetically, you could sue.

He won't do it, but I would pick Michelle Obama.

It does not matter who Biden selects as they both will lose in 2020.

She meets the democratic standards.

You mean like Trump with the republicans? Trump had absolutely no political experience except bribing politicians.

She's black and a woman, which is a prerequisite for being on the democratic ticket.

No, being smart, speaking in complete sentences and polite is. Obviously, traits which are foreign to Republicans.

I know this won't happen but could he technically pick Trump?

It would be stupid obviously, but is it allowed by law?
