So, no, not from a legitimate source. If the courts convict Hunter, then it will be worth paying attention to (but not really since he doesn't hold office).

If there is any validity to this supposed evidence, why didn't Trump have the DOJ pursue it? From the AG on down Trump was hellbent to use the department for his personal bidding. Why not this?

You believe that helps your argument?? Explain how invoking the DPA expands the freedom of people to act as they wish. It is the government forcing businesses to do what the state wants them to do not what the business owner wants to do. Not only is it obviously authoritarian, it is fascist by definition. Yet another example of how liberals are never so arrogant as when discussing things they know nothing about.
