Citizen Joe Biden isn't being any cagier with this paint him in a corner "stacking the court" question than Donald Trump has been about tons of questions as to what, hypothetical thing, he might do about something in the future.

That’s the popular fantasy of those that oppose DC statehood. The constitution says nothing that would prohibit shrinking DC to a few square miles and making the rest a state.

What a loaded lie of a poll....he didn't say voters don't deserve to know, just that he is not going to give his position on it. I would say we wait and see what happens with Barrett and then we move from there...if she is confirmed, we discuss increasing the number on the court, if not, we don't.

He indicated that no, we don't deserve to know his position on court stacking until the day after the election, if anyone asks.

So what? There's nothing in the constitution that says there can only be 9 justices. If the congress feels there should be more justices, then they have the power to add.

Yes he said that after he answered the question whether the voters "deserve to know" what he plans, he answered "No.".

Now tell me, did he need to actually utter those words "don't deserve" to have said aka communicated that he said they don't deserve to know?

My wife asks if I am hungry, I shake my head side to side, did I or did I not convey that "no, I am not hungry"?
