OK, you win.Their debacle of a 20th century alone under the CCP outstrips virtually all of US history in terms of misdeeds.
More so pointing out that:
A: The Chinese have done far worse than America in terms of egregious crimes against humanity, both historically and in the present.
B: Because this is true, any attempt to try to equivocate Chinese sins with American ones is ridiculous and without merit.
AND
C: Any attempt to dismiss Chinese sins because of far lesser American ones, past and present is likewise ridiculous and without merit.
No, the UN definition of genocide requires proving intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a class of people, and the Chinese have let that intent slip a couple of times despite their best efforts and general lockstep on denying even glaringly obvious human rights issues, even if someone who deny its actions communicate that intent (which they do). Meanwhile they've decisively checked off all the boxes from a to e:
a. Killing members of the group;
b. Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
c. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
d. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
e. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group
Are you alleging that involuntary organ harvesting is not being done by the Chinese by attempting to equate it to the bogus testimony of Nayirah? It's already been confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt that they've done it to the Falun Gong and the Uyghurs (the latter as per Ethan Gutmann):

I get your point.
The Chinese are inherently evil and must be destroyed totally and it is the God Given Duty of the United States of America to purge the world of all vestiges of "Chineseism".
PS - With respect to your five points
a. Killing members of the group;
b. Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
c. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
d. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
e. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group
