Biden rule to shield 'Dreamers' seeks to bypass Congress

Biden rule to shield 'Dreamers' seeks to bypass Congress

The Dictator-in-Chief has spoken. It was telling enough when Biden didn't follow the SC ruling to keep asylum seekers in Mexico while they wait for their hearings but now this...

Hey, I didn't vote for him. Did you? And why would you after calling Trump the dictator?
lol, "Dictator-on-Chief". Y'all can't seem to decide if Biden is some senile old man being controlled by others or some driven megalomaniac bent on total power. Gotta pick a lane here.

lol

Anyway, we'll see where it goes. The SCOTUS is rather conservative these days and executive orders can be brought to the court. They can rule on it. As far as I know that evil Biden hasn't nixed the SCOTUS just yet. Not doing a great job at dictator.

lol

IIRCC, Obama's DACA E.O. was shot down by SCOTUS due to procedural issues.

If Biden does his E.O.'s properly, I suspect they will be Constitutional.
Hmm. I recall Obama on camera in primetime stating that he didn't have the constitutional authority to even do what his EO did or tried to do, IIRC correctly.
But I'd be interested in reading up on the reportage of that SCOTUS decision, if you have a link handy.

Can we talk?

Trump was not a dictator no matter what the Progressive left wants to spew. Trump was not a politician and the first President in my lifetime that took to heart every promise he made to the people. During my lifetime there have been 13 presidents elected. Out of them 7 that I was old enough to vote for it is Trump that worked hard to keep his promises against a lot of odds. And the people seen he was trying to keep all the promises even though the bureaucrats and the establishment Republicans in his own party were undermining him every step of the way. Our federal government is truly corrupt due to a lot of bureaucrats that were never elected by WE THE PEOPLE. And these people made his life Hell from day one colluding to create the Russian collusion delusion for most of his presidency.

He was a president that was actually for the people promoting things that would give the average working Joe opportunities to seek their pursuit of happiness. He was a staunch supporter of the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 10th Amendments which seem to be constantly under attack by the Progressives by design.

After over 8 months of OBiden, there are a majority of people longing for the days of Trump's meanie green beanie tweets and blatant honest crass responses instead of what they are stuck with now.

It will take someone like Trump to cleanup Washington corruption and voting out Republicans that are guilty of allowing the corruption to continue.

Trump went after the media non-stop, wanting to "pull their licenses". His administration actually spied on journalists. He wanted "flag burners" jailed. He holds his legal victims to NDAs. Your claim couldn't be further from the truth.

You may have some wiggle-room on the 2nd or 10th, in terms of your opinion. But your 1st & 4th claims, particularly the 1st, are factually wrong.

The woman thinks the majority of people in the US miss Trump in office.

The deck, clearly, is not a full one.

His promises? You mean he locked Hillary up? Gave you a big beautiful healthcare plan? Erased all memory of Obama? Oh I know! The wall he promised you, paid for by Mexico.

Where is that Durham Report you've been telling us was coming out any day now?

Well, it's not the mis-perception of others that's troubling, but the presentation as fact of items that are so clearly counter-to-fact.

Trump attacked the 1st A continuously, pretty much daily. He fought for the 1st for his own means, but fought against it for others outside his political realm. It was viscous & front & center - indeed it was a hallmark of his administration!

It would be one thing to debate a grey area, but I'm at a loss in how to respond to claims that are as factually inaccurate as these.

My suspicion is some Trump supporters only relate to what they see in relation to themselves, that Trump is 'fighting for their rights'. But they're not seeing how Trump tried to trample on the rights of others not like them. This last concept of 'me first - others don't count' seems to be another hallmark of Trump (and many of his supporters). I'd call it a lack of compassion & empathy, which I believe is often present in the Republican Party and what sadly passes as 'Conservatism' these days. But then again, as much as I respect 'principled Conservatism', it did always have a component of, 'you're on your own, buddy'. That always irritated me.

I will add though, I believe her perceptions would be accurate if we used the phrase, "A great many miss Trump". Because they do. Trump is still a potent figure across much of America, and against a weak Dem candidate can still win the Presidency. He won't have majority support, but he might pull it off electorally.

We are a nation of laws, unless it is a law we don't like, can't get a judge to overturn and can't get Congress to repeal.

The only times when the racist Right thinks about brown people are when it can stop POC from voting, limit them from entering the country or find ways to lock them up for a dozen years longer than whites. Fact.

What is it with you guys labeling everyone that doesn't meet your purity standards as "brown people"?
lol...do you actually think anyone believes for one second that you all would be whining like this if the immigrants streaming into the country were whites from Scandinavia?

Puh-lease.

Your question is as stupidly senseless as everything else you write. WTF are you even babbling about?

Tell us more about those you dismiss as "brown people" Calamity. Does it anger you that so many self-identify as "White"?

The Dems passed it. A couple times.

McConnell blocked it, and it never was taken up by the Senate.

Because McConnellsucks.
Let’s read what that bill actually does, shall we?

“The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or the Department of Justice (DOJ) shall cancel removal proceedings against certain aliens who entered the United States as minors and grant such aliens conditional permanent residence status for 10 years. The bill imposes various qualification requirements, such as the alien being continuously physically present in the United States and being enrolled in or having completed certain educational programs.”

Conditional residence status with an expiration date and a requirement that they be prisoners of the country and go to school. How does that in any way solve the DACA issue?

You don't see them a white. If you did, you wouldn't whine about them coming into the country. Trix would not be starting hair-on-fire threads about it. And, every racist in America would not have voted for the fat king of racist assholes demanding we build a wall.

So, quit lying. You're too transparent.

Doesn't' really solve anything, other than kick the can down the road only to face the same situation then.

Just last week he was a senile old man being led around by handlers.

Now he's the dictator in chief.

Was this recovery of his medically-handled, or did Baby Jesus cure him?

Doesn't matter what color they are, except to the loony left that news all illegals as future Democrats. Entering the country without vetting or health screening can't end well.

It's pretty amazing how he flips isn't it?
