Biden lied in the Flynn case - should he go to jail also?

Biden requested Flynn's name be unmasked two days after meeting with Comey, Obama and others, and two days after that Flynn's name was leaked to the press. Then Biden lied and said he had nothing to do with the unmasking. That is a crime punishable by 10 years in federal penitentary. If Flynn was charged with lying aboout a legal conversation, should not Biden be charged for lying about an illegal unmasking and leaking that is a serious criminal offense? Have we got the energy to investigate every one of the hundreds of unmasking and leaking crimes committed by officials in the Obama administration, or are democrats to be forgiven of their crimes because, like Comey said of Hillary, "She didn't mean any harm by breaking the law?"

1. Biden didn't lie to any investigative body...FBI, grand jury, Congress, etc...about having "nothing to do with the unmasking". He lied to the media about knowing anything about Flynn. So no, he cannot be charged with a crime of lying.

2. There is no evidence at this time that Biden leaked anything to the media, so he cannot be charged with the crime of leaking classified information to the media.

Having said that, I think two things should happen to Biden...

1. He...along with many others who requested the unmasking of communications that involved Flynn...should be brought before a grand jury to find out if he/they violated Flynn's civil rights.

2. He should be rejected by the DNC as a possible party nominee for the Democratic Party. (If the Democrats care about integrity, that is.)
