The British troops were demoralized to the point where they didn't want to leave their forts.

Marion's hit and run guerilla tactics in the south were being increasingly accepted by Washington's other generals who originally used traditional open field warfare.

The British were in for a long slow death because they failed to adapt.

Here's the kicker on that?

Washington had a army that could go toe to toe with the British(Proven at the Battle of Monmouth) but then that's when the British incorporated the "Southern strategy" and left Washington on the sidelines

Washington did go toe to toe with the British, but he realized that he couldn't afford to trade on a "1 kill to 1 loss" basis for a long period of time because our troops could leave the Army and go home after after their obligations were met.

The British forces had the luxury of their troops obligations being at the will of the King.

I think this however was already in motion(could be wrong)

I just want to say that The British were losing the war(Getting Nowhere fast) in the North and had to go where there was more loyalist support for them

OH yeah.... Washington's northern army slowly evolved into a very competent fighting force.

But even Washington began using Marion's tactics as guerilla warfare was became the new standard of going up against overwhelming forces .

The British officers, being the Narcissistic & pompous idiots that they were.......just wouldn't allow themselves to adapt.

Here's some math homework for you. According to the link you begged me to embarrass you with Canada's immigrant population makes up 20.7 of it's overall population compared to the U.S.'s 14.3. Are you arguing that the amount of illegal immigrants in this country make up that difference? Let's see your proof.
