Biden picks a rickety New Hampshire bridge as a scene to sell his infrastructure bill
President Biden traveled to an old, unsafe bridge in New Hampshire on Tuesday to kick off an administration-wide tour aimed at selling the benefits of the newly signedbipartisan infrastructure law.

The tour is part of a push to tout the roughly $1 trillion the law provides for badly needed investments in the nation's transportation, broadband and water systems. Biden, who is down in the polls, is looking for a boost to help his fellow Democrats ahead of congressional elections next year.

If the bill doesn't provide funding for bridges in NH, then you've got'em by the short and curlies!

Otherwise, what's wrong with using a backdrop to make a legitimate point?
 
some people are behind. republicans are supposed to be taking credit for the infrastructure bill now.

Biden had the nerve to say people who make under $400,000 a year won't pay for this. Corporations will just up the prices of their goods and services to make up for it. Biden has already shown what he will do. He just criticized energy companies and meat packers for price gouging. He will soon criticize all industries for doing the same.
Inflation is a form of tax and hurts poor people more than Joe's rich buddies. He doesn't care about the poor. Just another lying liberal windbag

At least throw on some construction hats and yellow vests kind of how they dresses participants up for Obama in lab coats

None of them were masked after the speech and there were handshakes and hugs all around.

And NPR is right there with him with their lies.

That bridge is on the state's "red list". That means the bridge is "structurally deficient"...not "unsafe". It requires inspections twice a year, but it is still being used.

btw, Biden's dog and pony show closed the bridge for hours today. Anyone who used it had to take a detour. If that's not a problem, maybe they should just remove the bridge and make people permanently detour.

Save everyone some money, eh?

The CDC still recommends keeping 6 foot social distancing outdoors when at events with people not in your household. So either they all happen to live together or ignored the guidelines they expect everyone else to follow
