A source clarified that O’Connor did not plead the fifth due only to doctor-patient privilege, and invoked his Fifth Amendment rights for every answer, aside from stating his name, even questions that would not have implicated doctor-patient privilege.
So, the doctor invoked the 5th Amendment in response to the Committee’s questions. Interesting choice, but I think we all know what he’s covering up. #MadJoe

Oh no, tariffs ain't working, Trump backtracked on Epstein BS, Russia/Ukraine war still going, US dollar is falling, the BBB is gonna add 3+ Trillion to the debt, private job sector is shrinking, etc. Must be time for a new deflection. Hey everyone, look it's Biden...a guy who ain't President anymore! Look over there!

lol

No, we all do not know. We do know what the annual physicals stated about Biden's health.

When someone takes the 5th should we assume they are guilty or hiding something? If your answer is yes, then did the Trump supporters who failed to testify regarding the 2020 election hide something or was it a "witch hunt" as Trump claims?

So when Trump took the Fifth, was that a bad thing or good thing? I see a difference of attitude if you don't mind my saying so.

And before you get started. I fully support the right of every individual to invoke their Rights, including the Fifth Amendment. I even support the right of people to have access to a lawyer, which the DOJ and the RW don't really like.

As a Doctor he should not be answering questions about Biden's personal health matters. If the fifth gets him out of that without a contempt of congress citation than good for him.

If Trump does it, it's good. If non-MAGAs do it, it's bad. That's the TDS of MAGA.

They're just trying to roll out deflections and changing headlines because things ain't been going for the ol' crooked, felon, sleepy, senile Don lately.

Good, the doctor is follow federal law.
The Privacy Rule, a Federal law, gives you rights over your health information and sets rules and limits on who can look at and receive your health information. The Privacy Rule applies to all forms of individuals' protected health information, whether electronic, written, or oral. The Security Rule is a Federal law that requires security for health information in electronic form.

Is this really any surprise? People were more focused on Trump's mental state when they should have been looking at the elephant in the room. This is a huge lesson on the power of the media. It's huge. The vast majority of people are brainwashed because they have no viability except what they see through the media.

Is Biden back in office?

I'm sure he had a good reason.
Now what would prevent him from answering questions like
"Did you administer a competency test to President Biden?"
Certainly no doctor patient privilege issues there.
Or the ones he was actually asked before he skedaddled ...
  • “Were you ever told to lie about the president’s health?”
  • “Did you ever believe President Biden was unfit to execute his duties?”

if anyone questions Biden, 7 months ago President, its considered deflection

and yet in all 4 years of Biden's presidency everyday liberals/Democrats and liberal media talked about Trump, the previous president

aint that something ......

Perhaps because Trump was running for re-election from the day after the 2020 election when he refused to admit he lost?

🤷‍♀️
