The DOJ under Barr, on the orders of Trump, are trying to get the court to drop the charges against Flynn, a man who admitted to the charges against him. Flynn knowing that the DOJ is now totally controlled by Trump has tried to withdraw his guilty plea, which he swore under oath to be the truth. It will be up to the judge to decide if the plea can be withdrawn.
