Baltimore HS student fails all but 3 classes over 4 years, ranks near top half of class

Do you believe this school board is run by the lone republican district in Baltimore?

Do you know how many decades that democrats have been running that city? Did I just hear you chuckle?

So it might be worth really discussing that sadly....sad....state of public education, particularly in Baltimore. They have a notoriously awful school system. And it's not because of money. [link to TheHill]

Does B'more have any schools that excel?

My metro area is often thought of as the home of the 'Dem Machine', and it is an entrenched Dem stronghold if there ever was one. The School union is also solidly entrenched.

Yet, we have a high-school in the top 10 in the nation, and several others in the top 100. That's out of thousands of schools nationwide! I'll let you do the math.

But besides this amazing educational excellence, we also have some shockingly poor performing schools! How is that? How do two schools in the same system, same staff, same administration, same funding, same everything, perform so differently?

There's only one variable between the schools in this system - students. I'll let you draw your conclusions.

The democrats control every major city in the country (with the recent exception of Jacksonville Florida) and have for numerous decades. They have turned them into rat infested shitholes. The education system in Baltimore is a sick ****ing joke. A few years back they could not find 1 single student in the entire school district that could pass basic English and math competency exams.
This is false, of course. Democrats do NOT control "every major city in the country". But then again, Lord only knows how someone like you might conveniently define "every major city">

That said, let's expound upon the substance of your argument, above, shall we?

The GOPers control EVERY one of the LEAST productive, POOREST, and WORST educated states in the country (with the exception of New Mexico, which became a "Blue" state during the last decade). RED states are the the biggest "takers" from the federal government in the country; while BLUE states are the biggest "givers" in the country. Blue states LITERALLY pay the bills for most of the RED states, who could NEVER balance their budgets without money from BLUE states.

RED states are also the WORST educated states in the country...with the LOWEST test scores in the country and the LOWEST college acceptance and graduation rates.

Most RED states have been controlled by Republicans, almost exclusively, for the last 4 decades.

CLEARLY, the GOP has turned most of the RED states into "shitholes". That FACT (according to your own standards) is simply not arguable.

In summary, here are the FACTS:
  • -BLUE states (minus New Mexico) = productive states that LITERALLY fund the country via their economies and the educated Americans they produce
  • -RED states (minus Texas) = WELLFARE STATES. Period.

Why is this the case, Vance?

I'm sure many here will be eagerly awaiting your substantive response (or lack thereof).

P.S.: Heaven help the egos of people like you when Texas turns blue in the next decade. :ROFLMAO:
