Systemic. The head of our police at CSU was a Chicago cop, he recently got fired for massive misconduct (well...retired so that it wouldn't be drug out). He taught classes where he said things like "yeah, cops apologize for actions taken by other police, but when the cameras are off we're all joking about it". Or saying things like you have to give drugs to people to get information, but if they say where they got it from, they'll bust them, etc. The police are corrupt. There are plenty of good cops, but we can't tell which ones are the good ones and which ones are the dirty ones. It's safest to assume they're they dirty ones until proven differently. Don't trust the cops.

Stuff like this makes me sick. Being the son of a Sheriff's deputy, I was always taught that the police were the "good guys". They kept you safe at night, put criminals behind bars and were great guys. What a shame that there are so many officers who do not fit that description.

This is sad. This just goes to show you that these goes even have systems of hand signals of when to plant false stuff on people.

Bad Agency.

Those guys seem like a bunch of douchebags.

There was absolutely no reason why drugs needed to be planted on the guy.

And while you cannot tell with 100% certainty that it is happening on the video, as you don't see the marijuana until he pulls it up to show the suspect, the circumstancial evidence in the video would lead a reasonable person to believe it is actually happening.

There are 18,000 names on the Law Enforcement Memorial. Please don't let the bad apples besmirch their names. Does My Lai make the whole US Military evil?

Well, you see, the cops that are the "good guys" aren't, because they don't arrest the cops that are the bad guys.

Their own damn fault.
