Can we embed audio mp3 links somehow?

Could have bandwidth consequences, if some posters "host" an audio thread which other posters use at the same time as mixed media threads.

But why worry about such hypotheticals? It seems like a reasonable request and if it's abused it could be undone.
 
Yes, literally just post the 'share' link from Soundcloud, Spotify, etc...
No need to wrap it in BB codes, it should do it automatically.

Maybe this is a good thing. I'd be interested in a DP podcast, were such a thing to be created.
 
I believe we used to have an embed audio feature. I used it a time or two before, but couldn't find it a couple weeks ago when I wanted to again. Soundcloud is a better solution than what I did, making it a video and uploading to YouTube. Thanks for that.
