If it was still uncertain whether he would be charged as an accomplice, then his attorneys would have undoubtedly given him specific instructions not to talk about it as to not self-incriminate.What difference does that make?
I would say that getting fired is the ultimate "disciplinary action " ... Wouldn't you?I'll bet the city council disbanded the entire police force because of that rookie. I'll bet Wilson was just going hog wild, shooting at black people for the whole few months he was on that force.
Except, of course, for this, reported by WaPo:
Officials say Wilson kept a clean record without any disciplinary action…
Oh wait...that doesn't fit into the narrative.
You keep saying this, but I don't really believe you anymore, given previous encounters on the same point.:doh
Yes. Good thing I am doing the underlined then.
Attorney: New audio reveals pause in gunfire when Michael Brown was shot
By Holly Yan, CNNLawyer: Audio shows 11 shots when Michael Brown killed - CNN.com

[...]
In the recording, a quick series of shots can be heard, followed by a pause and then another quick succession of shots.
"I personally heard at least 11" shots, the man's attorney, Lopa Blumenthal, told CNN's Don Lemon.
The man, who asked that his identity not be revealed, lives near the site of the shooting and was close enough to have heard the gunshots, Blumenthal said.
He was speaking to a friend on a video chat service and happened to be recording the conversation at the same time Brown was shot, Blumenthal said.

11 Shots in 5 seconds.
Short pause between 6 and the other five. Likely Brown was still coming at him.
Just more evidence.
I really doubt it. Given the police's version that there was struggle in the car, and the unlikelihood that we will ever know what truly happened there, this is a heat-of-the-moment situation. I can envision no charges, and I can envision either of the manslaughter convictions. He could be charged with second degree murder, but absent some smoking gun that this truly was an deliberate execution (there won't be, because it wasn't), he would have to have the worst lawyer on the planet to get convicted of murder.I believe he is a murderer and I believe he should, and will, be charged with murder.
Why would anyone admit to taking part in a petty theft if he didn't? Dorian has never been charged .
What?I guess that's why he admitted to it...because he didn't do it...lol!
I believe he is a murderer and I believe he should, and will, be charged with murder.

He "admitted" that he was there... There were several other people in the store at the time and none of them were charged either.I guess that's why he admitted to it...because he didn't do it...lol!
But that's not what someone said that someone said the surveillance videos showed. He "admitted" that he was there... There were several other people in the store at the time and none of them were charged either.
Dorian Jackson didn't take anything.
It doesn't fit the truth either.Funny how the Libbos leave out that part!
It doesn't fit the truth either.
Getting fired is the ultimate disciplinary action.
WTF is a Libbo?
The most truthful and accurate post you've made, so far!
He "admitted" that he was there... There were several other people in the store at the time and none of them were charged either.
Dorian Jackson didn't take anything.
I believe it is intended as a derogatory term for a liberalIt doesn't fit the truth either.
Getting fired is the ultimate disciplinary action.
WTF is a Libbo?
Sure there is ...Except there isn't a single piece of proof that Wilson is guilty of misconduct...snap!
What crime did he participate in?Oh..so, why did he admit to participating in the thuggish crime? Street cred?
I'm sure that prior to that, he harassed the community enough to avoid getting written up.Sure there is ...
He was fired...snap!
I believe he is a murderer and I believe he should, and will, be charged with murder.
Wait, he was fired?Sure there is ...
He was fired...snap!
JenningsWait, he was fired?
I missed that news bit.
Or are you talking one of those "administrative leave" things - all those mean is that the cop is under investigation - they can't have him working as a cop while he's under investigation, so they have the administrative leave bit.
Are you saying that he "harassed" the Ferguson police department?I'm sure that prior to that, he harassed the community enough to avoid getting written up.
Read againAre you saying that he "harassed" the Ferguson police department?
They are the ones who decided not to press any charges on Dorian.
If you are so sure, please give us the link that shows he did this awful thing.
I would like to read all about that.
How does a short 22 year old relatively short man "harass" a whole police force so he doesn't get "written up"?
I would love to know .
:lamo:lamo:lamo
I would have to see some VERY different evidence from what I have seen to date to change my mind.Oh really.....and if the evidence by the forensic experts, multiple accounts of others that back up Wilson's story and other evidence proves Wilson's innocence, will you change your mind or are you out for blood at any cost?
