Yea, such an upstanding guy. Just a poor innocent father we are told.

A confidential informant confirmed this loser is a MS-13 terrorist.

He belongs at home in the El Salvador prison.

"This police record is likely what multiple immigration judges, as well as the Board of Immigration Appeals, relied on when finding that “the evidence shows that he [Garcia] is a verified member of MS-13.”

Beyond being a verified member of MS-13 and an illegal alien, Garcia is an alleged domestic abuser. In 2021, his wife sought a domestic violence restraining order against him, claiming he punched and scratched her and ripped off her shirt.

All that to say, he’s not a “Maryland man” or a “Maryland constituent,” as the corporate press and top Democrats are referring to him. He’s an illegal alien and a member of a terrorist gang who was ordered deported from this country. And while the details of his case are complicated and somewhat convoluted, there can be no question that Garcia has no right to be in the United States. Contrary to what the corporate press widely claimed, he doesn’t have “legal status” or “temporary protected status” or any other status here. His status was and is that he is a deportable illegal alien, who also happens to be a member of MS-13 and, allegedly, a domestic abuser."

A “confidential informant”? That would be one of those “anonymous sources” you usually rail against when they are saying something negative about Trump.
 

Abrego Garcia and MS-13: What Do We Know?​

The allegation seems to stem from double hearsay in a document authored by a later suspended police detective.

"The GFIS explained that the only reason to believe Plaintiff Abrego Garcia was a gang member was that he was wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie; and that a confidential informant advised that he was an active member of MS-13 with the Westerns clique. ...
According to the Department of Justice and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, the “Westerns” clique operates in Brentwood, Long Island, in New York, a state that Plaintiff Abrego Garcia has never lived in."

So the uncross-examined detective’s accusation came from an unidentified informant who was also, perforce, uncross-examined—a second layer of hearsay.

Abrego Garcia’s lawyer later tried to obtain more information about the allegations ICE had made at the bail hearing, according to the complaint. He discovered that the Prince George’s Police Department had no incident report for the arrest, and the Hyattsville City Police Department’s report mentioned only the other three men arrested—not Abrego Garcia.

Then the complaint adds yet another disturbing detail:

There are two other threads that debunk all of this nonsense. What the AG should spend more time doing is instead of trying this in the court of public opinion, actually taking this to an actual court. If you bothered to familiarize yourself with this case, you'd realize how ridiculous these claims are and how none of what you're parroting is true, especially this confirmation of him being an MS-13 member; that's laughably false.

Did that confidential informant offer anything other than the claim that Garcia was actually a member of the gang? You know, like proof? As it sits right now, neither you nor the informant have any way to prove that the informant didn't mistake Garcia for someone else, now do you? He was accused of wearing gang affiliated clothing.....seems like a pretty weak limb to be sawing behind you, since it can be said that simply being a Raiders fan in LA or LV and wearing the clothes of your team could be construed the exact same way.

Most importantly......the Supreme Court had all of this information available to them and still decided to rule that he was to be brought back home, so I guess your whole premise is pretty much shot, isn't it? The highest court in the land decreed that the man deserved and was deprived of due process. Just stop.

My question if it is true that Garcia is a MS-13 member, where is the more current evidence? the police report is from 2019.

I have read the ruling. It meaning was clear to everyone except the Trump admin lawyers. But they have to support their boss’s desire to keep an innocent man in a foreign prison to be tortured. Such is the degree that Trump hates brown people.
