I assume that is at the least the cover they'll use, regardless of what if anything Ginni Thomas did at the Jan 6th insurrection/coup attempt.
 
It was the part after the rally that was the legal problem for most if not all of them. It looks like she didn't storm anything.
 
How could 800 others be identified then arrested? Could all 800 be identified somehow? Seems she was doing some inciting on her own beyond closed doors perhaps?

Thomas should be impeached for his bias bullshit. He sits all smug on that bench knowing we all know his wife is feeding him an agenda off a MAGA shopping list. It's just a ridiculous joke of a court now.
