What the hell is this?
This is just a case of a man exercising his 2nd amendment rights, nothing more.
Move along folks, nothing to see here.
You've heard all of this malarkey before.
One of countless reasons why the ATF is going to be abolished.
By who? You?
:lamo
Fill us in when you get this done.
I predict that the ATF will still be around long after you go under the ground.
It's a lot easier to scream and holler than it is to get anything done.
No this moronic degenerate is a cop who is abusing his power and needs to be not only fired but throw in Gen Pop.
Was he on duty? Or was he just a psycho parent at a kids football game?
[I sense you don't like the ATF, but this guy wasn't on duty, he didn't pull a badge. At the time he was simply a private citizen, who drew his gun because he felt threatened by a mob.
By Congress after we sweep these bastards out of office. Great to see you love such morons in power and keeping their jobs. I wish every leftist would do we you have done and run away to Europe.
You and whose army?
You wrote a bill?
Meaning no, you didn't. Who are the "we"?

Does not matter, he is a agent of the law and should be held to the same if not higher standards as the rest of us, what sane person pulls a gun on group of people, more over why should that person have the power and position of a Federal Agent?
Why would I like a department of the federal government that strips away our rights by fiat, entraps people, throws in jail for malfunction firearms, runs guns into Mexico and then blames gun owners and oh yeah murdering people over a $200 tax they did not have to/could not pay?
That mob as a group of people who were trying to detain a violent criminal. Great to see you have such a fetish for power and willingness to defend it.
He in no way acted in the capacity of an ATF agent in this case, at all. From what I read, this is a private issue, no different than a person of any other job doing it.
His actions are proof he is not capable of obey the law, not allow enforcing it. Fire him.
Fine, fire him. I'm fine with that. I take issue only with you trying to present this as some sort of problem with the ATF as an agency just because this guy appears to be unstable from the information we have.

He felt threatened, he took action to defend himself. Or do people lose the right to self defence from everyone if they're violent to obe person?
If he had time to assess the situation and pull his gun, he clearly wasn't hitting anyone anymore. Do people lose the right to self defense if faced with a mob?
