At Least 130,000 Covid-19 Deaths Were Avoidable, Trump Administration An ‘Abject Failure’ (1 Viewer)

Bullshit how. The CDC corroborates that number. Calling facts bullshit when you lose arguments is pathetic.

The CDC does NOT "corroborate that number".

However, I do understand that some people are so petrified of reality that they have to work harder at denying it than others.

Right right one other instance in the whole of America and that one is in a state where cuomo killed 40,000 by jamming them in old folks homes and was also only for a brief instance and MOST of the extra aid went unused. Bravo! Keep telling me how you feel.

Also you completely moved the goal post in that last paragraph let's try to keep on track.

I did not move any goalpost. The goalpost was there from the beginning. I just repeated what I said because you pretend that you cannot read aeverything I write. And you continue to ignore the fact that the federal government was on the same age with Cuomo.

As pandemic raged and thousands died, government regulators cleared most nursing homes of infection-control violations

...Seema Verma, the administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, vowed to help “keep what happened in Kirkland from happening again.”

Apart from the massive amount of opinion to be found in some of these articles. This looks like a job for local government.
So then The Donald was not responsible, as the leader of the nation to encourage and support the policies and recommendations of medical experts and epidemiologists to wear masks, social distance, remain locked down longer, etc etc? All things that would have greatly minimized these later surges in hospitalizations?

Not responsible, when he could have sent more funding to states, instead of threatening to withhold it when blue states proposed stricter plans? When they refused to open schools against medical advice?

Huh...I have some oceanfront property for sale in Kansas I'd like to show you.

It's not possible to get a rock to absorb information...enjoy Nov. 3 :) (Any tit for tat defensiveness will be dismissed but it's not my forum 🤷)

That just dismisses the actual 240,000 lives lost.

What does the % matter? Are you claiming this isnt a significant # of Americans?

What # would you consider significant?

Heh heh...but at least you couldnt deny that the 'insignificance' of CV19 sank The Donald's chances for re-election :) Ignoring it didnt change it.

No Donald is winning big. And you still refer to 240,000 deaths instead of calling it 240,000 covid 19 RELATED deaths. Big difference but leftists can't help themselves. Also explain how 99.96% survival rate rate diminishes those deaths anyway, what stupid thing to say, the death rate is what it is because of how many people die from it. Facts are facts and should be kept separate from your feelings.
LOL No answers, just grasping hopefully that The Donald will win. "Big" LOLOLOLOL Oh lordy, is this how your judgement of numbers works in general?

And when I write 240,000 deaths, I do mean 240,000 CV19 related deaths. What did you think I meant? :D:D This should be interesting, please let me know.

And you havent disproven anything I've written, so facts ARE facts....has nothing to do with feelings...but it's a quaint rightie 'go to' when they start flailing in discussions.

Questions are still there for you to answer, if you can, to advance the discussion.

He did support them. The fact that you didn't care to acknowledge him doing as so, is not my problem. Besides democrat officials did their best to disrupt his own administrations efforts to curb the virus and not one of had an issue with that. So that kind of puts a hitch on anything that you are trying to object about with Trump's actions.

If you want to say that he should've sent funding to these places. Then you might want to look up how these exact same people from before decided to spit in his face and deny any assistance that he was trying to offer. Such is the issue of helping those that don't wish to be helped. Much how they were screwing themselves over with their abusing and unconstitutional methods to lock down their own states. They were simple ****ing themselves over and then looking at Trump like it was his fault.
It's along the same lines as a kid in the playground repeatedly punching themselves in the face, and then telling an adult that someone else did it.

It does corroborate that number. It comes from that site. Quit lying. You have lost the argument. Don't a have a fit child.

So arrogant when that's all you did first? The leftist mantra of rules for thee but not for me is in full effect. 99.96% survival rate is a fact. 240,000 covid 19 RELATED deaths is a fact. Where are your facts other than opine articles that generally back up my position not your own?

You massively moved the goal post. Do you even know what it means?

Hint; it's not a good idea to call someone an "idiot" here, unless you want a vacation courtesy of the mods.
Or when it's factually accurate and I have been attacked by nothing but condescending arrogant pricks. Get what you give. Oh but wait, I forgot, when arguing with leftists they intrinsically assume "rules for thee but not for me."

Imma go with this, as your flaccid argument fails, as predicted:

And once again, Meg avoids answering a direct question, just more 'foot stamping and bluster.' That's not discussing...that's a temper tantrum. Just a re-tread...avoiding the argument. You dont discuss...your posts are like someone arguing their point over and over...same thing, just getting louder each time.

Here, try again: And when I write 240,000 deaths, I do mean 240,000 CV19 related deaths. What did you think I meant?

Strange, you claim that my argument failed. But you can't seem to muster up anything real to stand by in your own post.

I think you need to work at your debate skills.

You're quite an angry sort of chap aren't you. Have a day off mate.

When people get pissy, angry, and condescending when confronted with facts I find it's generally best to jam those facts down their throats even harder. Don't choke too hard and if your lucky you might get red pulled.

When I see one of your posts that does NOT distort the facts, I will be very surprised (even more surprised than when I see one that actually contains facts).

It means there is obviously less.
