Astrophysicist Dismantles Old Earth Theory

You've got it backwards.

Only life creates gods.

How Man Created God

Who is God? what can we know about God? And if knowing God is possible, how do we comprehend him: by reason or only through an ecstatic epiphany of faith? These questions have tormented theologians and mystics in the 4,000-year history of monotheism. Their wildly varied answers are explored in an absorbing new book from Britain with a catchy title, a lode of learning and a challenging thesis. Whether or not one accepts the biblical teaching that men and women are made in God’s image, argues the author of A History of God (Knopf; $27.50), it is clear the deity is a product of humankind’s creative imagination.

God may well be our most interesting idea
. Down the ages, humans have posited a deity, or deities, in order to fulfill a pragmatic need: primarily, to find meaning and value in life.

He realizes that everyone is bias. And that is something you totally fail to accept or comprehend. Evolutionists and Unifornitarianists are always going to approach any data according to what they believe. Jason Lisle, simply holds to what he sees to be honest. We didn't just happen because nothing can just happen.
I don't think that Jason Lisle should be taken too seriously. Didn't Lisle claim that the Bible mentions Dinosaurs such as Pterosaurs??

You quoted me...
In the context as you were responding to another poster, not me.

Advice: the Jordan Peterson way of debating doesn't work, so please stop trying to emulate it.

To be fair…..this thousand year as a day came from Peter….Matthew 26:69-75 establishes that Peter was a liar…..so that has to be considered…..
Show me a person excepting JESUS who is without sin. JESUS once said to Peter, "Get thee behind me Satan." Satan apparently applied even Peter to dissuade JESUS from going to the cross. I am aware of the thousand year periods, and yes, it makes perfect sense regarding Creation and the workweek.

The word "dinosaur" (terrible lizard) was coined in 1842. Before that time the word "dinosaur" didn't exist. HOWEVER, tantalizing descriptions of such do appear in the Bible ---- particularly in the book of JOB.

...one aspect is that the light that comes directly from the stars arrives in real time according to Einstein....
This is nonsense. Tacking on "according to Einstein" is an utter falsehood.

Prove GOD does not exist. Prove biological life can be manufactured from inert substances. Prove that the Bible is false.
Prove that God does exist, that God created life, and that the Bible is true! You're the one making those positive claims, so the onus of proof is on you. Or do you not understand the logical fallacy You're making here?
