PHOENIX (AP) — Firms hired to run a partisan audit of the 2020 election for Senate Republicans in Arizona said Tuesday that data was not destroyed, reversing earlier allegations that election officials in the state's most populated county eliminated evidence.

We will disagree. You can look up the County Recorders explanation. It is available on the Maricopa County website. In a nutshell Cyber Ninja did not configure the software to read the database properly. Once they did, they could read the database.

No files were deleted. The choice of words used is misleading.

Cyber Ninjas made the copy of the data. It is interesting the County Recorder to view the data on his PC. Seems CN is trying to save face.
