Why would anybody care? I mean, you literally think that Obama is a closet Muslim.
Obama was a Muslim in his younger years.
Whether he believes he is still a Muslim has no bearing on anything.
I literally think his being a Muslim is irrelevant.

Again, you don't know what effect tariffs will have on the economy.
If the threat of tariffs is a negotiating move and it is to our benefit, then is that a bad or a good thing for our country?

Well, the "threat" seems to be working on both Mexico and Canada. Not like Trump is asking for much in return, just things each government should have been doing anyway when it comes to issues like migration and border security. Oh, and proper "free trade" between "friendly border nations."

I have never taken what Trump says literally.
I saw the "Meet the Press" interview with Trump this morning.
I am looking forward to see how "Meet the Press Now" podcast host Kristin Welker slices and dices Trump's statements to suit their Leftist narratives.
The search for Trump sound bites is like a cottage industry.

Trump is not foolish enough to apply tariffs which would hurt our economy.

Trump succeeding will cause Americans to suffer.

Trump succeeding will cause Americans to suffer.
There will always be Americans suffering under every Administration - new or incumbent.
Are you referring to any particular segment of the population?

Mostly the lower and middle classes

So all we know for sure is that he ISN'T going to do what he said he was going to do.

What a relief!

You could be right.
I suffer from not being able to buy a Maserati or Ferrari.

But I suffer in silence so no one notices.
Trump's plans for trade war will blow a hole in the economy and cause prices to rise again.

We're not talking luxury cars, but the price of goods and food.

Trump is already making things better than the installed puppet that's on his way out !

Things are going to get FAR Better for America and everyone knows it!
Things will most likely get better for the whole world after biden/the DEM's are gone and Trump gets in!
Just like it was when Trump was in last time !

Your options for answers are not good!

It's like asking :
"Does your mom know you're Stupid? Yes or No ......."

Apparently, the voters forgave him.
What else matters?
Your DP vote?
What voters "forgave" him?

And it's telling how you admit it was his fault.....to "forgive".

I acknowledge Trump has committed numerous sins - too many to mention.
Everyone knows his peccadilloes, shortcomings, and moral failures.
The voters baked in all those sins, forgave him because they feel they need for him to right the wrongs in the Biden/Harris regime.
But you have known that since 2016.

OK. We all "suffer" in different ways.
Here's a prediction. Trump will not impose onerous trade rules on our good trading partners.

Why is it not problematic that Trump apparently doesn't intend to do what he has said he intends to do?

And yet, here you are............................:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Trump won't do what he actually wants to do for three important reasons:
1. the Constitution and the existing laws will hobble him.
2. he wants to remain popular with the voters who brought him back.
3. he won't get j.d. Vance elected in 2028 if he alienates the people who voted for him.
1. When did he ever care what the Constitution and existing laws require or forbid?
2. He isn't running for another term, so why should he care?
3. Why should he care who gets elected in 2028 (if he even leaves) since it won't benefit him? He has no excuse for rallies and grifting if he isn't using a re-election to justify them.

Trump wants to prove he has complete party influence all through the next four years.
I see him going all out to ensure JD Vance is elected president in 2028.

And yet, here you are............................:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
I do my 'suffering' silently.
I don't really want a Maserati. But if I did, I would feel a little wealth envy because going after such an empty wealth symbol would tax my financial situation significantly. Then I would be just like so many of the anti-Trump whiners on this site complaining about the rich getting richer and the country not doing enough for the lower income classes in this country.

Why is it not problematic that Trump apparently doesn't intend to do what he has said he intends to do?
I guess you haven't learned that Trump says things to put certain groups on notice that he might actually do what he said he might do.
It's a tactic that symbolizes his style of negotiating.
Did you ever believe that Biden was going to do what he said he would not do?
Like say he wasn't going to pardon his wayward son Hunter?

So he's just lying then about his trade wars? All those calls for tariffs? Or are you just going to call anyone Trump does put tariffs on "bad trading partners"? And does that somehow mean that the consequences won't happen if they're "bad trading partners?
