When somebody on this board supports a candidate, but treats their fellow board members like ****, does that reflect on your impression of said candidate?

To a certain degree yes. More so if I have limited information about the candidate.

If someone who I consider is bat guano crazy (politically wise) supports a candidate who I do not have alot of info about, I would suspect said candidate is also bat guano crazy

Re, the supporters of the anti masterbation, I practiced witchcraft woman who lost in the congressional elections. A case of bat guano crazy politiician and supporters

I was going to vote no, and then I saw LT's post. At the extremes, yes.

LOL!

This is something I'm fighting in myself. Especially if I know somebody likes a certain candidate, but constantly cuts down mine.

People are always gonna say stupid, retarded, asinine things. This does not mean that said candidate is the same. If you are truly curious and want to make a fair and balanced opinion you'll research the candidate yourself.

I try to review each candidate individually based on what they actually say and write.
Their supporters are neither here nor there in my judgment.

No. There are fools who support good candidates everywhere. There is not necessarily any connection between these two things. I would evaluate the candidate on his/her own merits.

No they're not. There are all manner of people who go absolutely days without saying anything stupid, retarded, or asinine (CC, for instance). Therefore, I'm talking about people who do so on an hourly basis. Those are the ones I'm referring to.

People is a generalized term. Still, what people say doesn't necessarily reflect the candidate they're talking about.

I don't judge their candidate based on their behavior, but I certainly judge their perspective.

I don't hold candidates accountable for the actions of supporters that they don't know about. However, if people who support a certain candidate are very disrespectful it does give me insight as to what they base their beliefs upon.
