Lets be fair. VP Harris has been super busy lately but its reasonable to say enough time has passed since this upmost important issue was assigned to her by her boss President Biden. Many are interested in hearing how her plan addresses Covid safety and vaccine protocol at the border. The VP has had ample time to research the root causes of illegal immigration and her report I would imagine would be quite educational.

Has anyone heard of an upcoming white paper on root causes of illegal immigration?

She released the high level strategy and the key areas to address at the end of July, guess you missed it. That was the first step. Timelines, metrics etc will follow. Not an easy set of issues to tackle.
