You said that all of mankind adheres to the code. Now you are saying that not every one does. Doublethink, religion needs that. And Cain is a mythical character, he didn't exist.

What evidence is there of this? And if we all have it built in, why do we need holy books, authoritative gods, religions, etc.? If we all have the same exact objective moral code built into us why has humanity never agreed on what it is? And how do you determine the exact scope of this code when it appears to differ among the millions of people who have existed? When did you become aware of your built in code and how do you know it is objective and all inclusive?

Because that inward realization or sense of right and wrong that excuses or accuses one can be trained, ignored, or even seared...one's conscience judges...it also can be trained by the thoughts and acts, convictions and rules that are implanted in a person’s mind by study and experience...based on these things, it makes a comparison with the course of action being taken or contemplated...then it sounds a warning when the rules and the course conflict, unless the conscience is “seared,” made unfeeling by continued violations of its warnings...conscience can be a moral safety device, in that it imparts pleasure and inflicts pain for one’s own good and bad conduct...the conscience can be so abused that it no longer is clean and sensitive...when that happens it cannot sound out warnings or give safe guidance...with God's guidance, the Bible, we can train our conscience to be sensitive to His moral code...

If morality is built in, no training is needed. It means a newborn has the same moral code built in as the 100 year old. Yet we know a baby really has no moral code and all moral codes are taught to us in one way or another through learning and experience. There is not a thing inside us called a conscience from birth.

No, you didn't really explain anything. You just made up stuff about the thing you call conscience that has no objective reality. There is no such thing as conscience, let alone one that is seared. You explain make believe stuff with more make believe stuff Not really an explanation at all, just vague stuff that you believe in. So tell me, does a new born baby have a fully formed conscience?

If all human beings are born with a conscience, does that mean young children know right from wrong and don't need to be taught moral behavior? If so, why have we always taught children what we think is moral or immoral? What is your evidence that objective morality is built in from birth? Maybe children should be teaching us what objective morality is.
