AP finds most arrested in protests aren't leftist radicals

So you have to be "affiliated with a highly organized extremist group" to be a "leftist radical?" Doesn't lighting police cars on fire in support of leftist ideas pretty much make you a "leftist radical" all by itself?
You're assuming they were lighting police cars on fire in support of leftist ideas.

Some people just get high off chaos and destruction, and those types are attracted to situations where they have a chance to get away with it.

I think they're using legit protests and such as cover.

OR at least some are.

Now a third right wing extremest from Texas has been arrested for starting fire in minneapolis, shooting up a police station yelling this is for Floyd.

This boogaloo boi was one member of untold cultists that systimaticly turned peaceful protests into riots in order to delegitimize them.

Can someone please tell me again how the BLM groups are the terrorists again...

Lamestream librul media or reality?
These people are leftists and are arrested for violence, destruction of property, etc. What difference does it make whether or not they are affiliated with a far left group? They are left and they are radical whether they are affiliated with a far left group or not. Funny how you guys say the Antifa are not a real group, just a ragtag group of people who are spontaneous (you say the same thing about BLM) and then you come on here making a post that the AP hasn't found they are affiliated with a far left group.

You and others should try to read some of the Lamestream Librul Media's reporting, it might change your opinion - probably not because you KNOW the TRUTH.

It's from the Washington (com)Post so you 'know' its just more librul crap
A Texas man who claims to be a member of the “boogaloo bois,” a far-right anti-government group intent on starting a second civil war, is facing a riot charge, federal prosecutors said Friday, alleging that the man opened fire on Minneapolis’s 3rd Precinct police station in an attempt to stir up civil unrest during the May protests over George Floyd’s death.

Again in Minneapolis, but back during the earliest protests against the death of George Floyd, there was the "Umbrella Man"
A masked man who was seen in a viral video smashing the windows of a south Minneapolis auto parts store during the George Floyd protests, earning him the moniker "Umbrella Man," is suspected of ties with a white supremacist group and sought to incite racial tension, police said.

Oh, and there were the Bois arrested in Las Vegas

An FBI informant told a county grand jury that he secretly wore a body camera and a microphone to record meetings with suspected members of the boogaloo movement as they plotted firebombings and scouted potential targets, transcripts obtained by the Review-Journal show.

The informant, identified by the pseudonym “John Smith,” spent two hours on the witness stand June 16 detailing his undercover encounters with the right-wing extremist group as the alleged terror conspiracy unfolded.

It took the Clark County grand jury just three minutes later that day to deliberate and approve an indictment against Andrew Lynam, 23; Stephen Parshall, 36; and William Loomis, 40.

All three suspected boogaloo members were indicted on terrorism and explosives charges in an alleged scheme to cause violence at Black Lives Matter protests and firebomb a power substation and a U.S. ranger station near Lake Mead. A federal grand jury indicted the trio on related charges the same day.

For you and those who have failed to read the linked article in the OP, I offer the following
In thousands of pages of court documents, the only apparent mention of antifa is in a Boston case in which authorities said a FBI Gang Task Force member was investigating “suspected ANTIFA activity associated with the protests” when a man fired at him and other officers. Authorities have not claimed that the man accused of firing the shots is a member of antifa.

But tucked into the protest-related cases are accusations of far-right extremism and racism as well.

John Malcolm Bareswill, angry that a local Black church held a prayer vigil for George Floyd, called the church and threatened to burn it to the ground, using racial slurs in a phone call overheard by children, prosecutors said. Bareswill, 63, of Virginia Beach, faces 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to making a telephonic threat.

Two Missouri militia members who authorities say traveled to Kenosha, Wisconsin, to see Trump’s visit in the wake of the police shooting of Jacob Blake were arrested at a hotel in September with a cache of guns, according to court documents. An attorney for one of the men, Michael Karmo, said he is “charged criminally for conduct that many Americans would consider patriotic,” as authorities have alleged his motive was to assist overwhelmed law enforcement.

Three of the men arrested are far-right extremists, members of the “Boogaloo” movement plotting to overthrow the government and had been stockpiling military-grade weapons and hunting around for the right public event to unleash violence for weeks before Floyd’s death, according to court documents.
